Overview
This internship offers an exciting opportunity to work on chatbot and dialogue systems within Shopee’s Marketplace Intelligence and Data team. You’ll contribute to the development of AI-driven solutions for Q&A, dialogue management, and customer interaction, using cutting-edge techniques like large language models (LLMs) and deep learning. The role blends hands-on AI development with collaboration across product, engineering, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
- Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, C++, or Go
- Experience with a mainstream deep learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, MXNet, etc.)
- Strong English skills for communication, documentation, and collaboration
- Interested in AI, chatbots, and applying machine learning to real-world problems
- Full-time availability preferred (3–6 months)
